Forthcoming fixtures for your diary:
26th September Maccabi Vs Lindfield (Tentative Date)
17th October - Maccabi Open Pairs (Start looking for a partner)
21st November - Invitation Triples
26th December - 2nd January Interstate Challenge
Due to MAIGS there is no Carnival this year, however we are organising an Interstate Challenge to be contested in the old format of teams of 5. Competitors will play in either Pairs or Triples and Singles or Fours. Further details of these events will be circulated shortly.

Australian Singles. Thank you to those of you who have entered the Singles. Unfortunately there is an error in Rule 10 of the Conditions Of Play in that the correct number of sets to be played is 2 and not 3 as stated. If both players win a set each then a Tie Break of 3 ends must be played. Only the Ends won apply to the Tie Break, irrespective of how many shots the end was won/lost by. Sorry about that.

Regards,
Shmuel Abrahams
Hon Secretary
