Maccabi WA Archery Club is on target

Posted: 23-Feb-2015 by Maccabi WA

Sunday February 22 , 2015 will be remembered as a red letter date in the history of the WA Maccabi Archery Club. 6 students  successfully completed the first of what is hoped to be many Beginner's courses. Congratulations to the following who were the inaugural group of Archery students to pass the WA Maccabi Archery Club beginners course exam.
Noam Goldberg, Mikey Zulberg, Ethan Lemer, Josh,Dan and Jeremy Raiter.

Certificates were presented by Australian Archery Judge Lynda Strawbridge. We are very grateful to Lynda and her partner Chris Binyon who were the instructors for the 6 week course. The students are now entitled to join the Archery club and become members of Archery Australia.

The next beginners course will commence on Sunday 15 March .
The course is for 6 weeks and costs $200. This includes tuition, insurance and all the equipment required.
However if you join the Maccabi Archery Club ($400) the cost of the Beginners course is reduced to $150.

Places are limited and filling fast so please book quickly to avoid disappointment. For those not yet sure if Archery is for them there will be a "Come and Try" session
advertised in the near future. You could be the next champion to represent Australia in Archery at Maccabiah 2017!

Contact Darryl ASAP."
