Today's grand final was held at Dendy Park against Royal South Yarra.
It was a tough doubles competition with Max and Brad up against an amazing duo, who were too strong to beat. Maccabi managing to only win 2 games.
Cody and Danielle had an easy 6-1 win in their doubles match.
In singles, Max did his best to keep up with his opponent who unfortunately was too strong in the end. Despite this Max still managed to win 5 games.  Bradley played an amazing game against a very strong player 2; winning 6-2.  Danielle played consistently against her opponent and won with an amazing result of 6-3.  Cody was up against a sub from section 10. He played an incredible game winning 6-0. Special congratulations to Cody who was also awarded the best performing player award.
Our fifth player Jed, played an amazing doubles season with Cody. Winning all their doubles matches.
Well done to our Section 9 premiers - you all played an amazing season of tennis!

It was the first season for all the players in Section 13, and it was a season of many highlights given the team went undefeated throughout the home and away games.
With the objective of the season to learn how to compete as both a singles and doubles player, the boys should be proud of their efforts with a Runner’s Up pennant to show for it.
