Athletics Club Back on Track

Happy New Year one and all,

So the holidays are still going for some and over for others, but one thing that should not stop are our goals to remain fit and healthy.
Ashley and a core group have been training through the break, while many of the rest of us may have been eating, drinking and celebrating just a little too much.

It is time to make amends.

Club track and field training re-commenced last Sunday 8th January at Duncan Mackinnon.

Mid week training - Tuesday 10th January and Thursday 12th January 6pm also at Duncan Mackinnon.

The fun runners/distance group with Zac will re-convene on Sunday 15th January.
