Glen Eira Council Elections
We are pleased to inform you that a member of our club, Karen Hermann, is standing for election to the Glen Eira Council on 22 October, 2016.  Karen is a proud club member, as is her husband Anton, and her son, Joel who has also provided voluntary assistance with Maccabi Young Guns.  Karen and her family are acutely aware of the  issues facing cyclists in Glen Eira and surrounding areas. If you live in Glen Eira, please look out for the candidate information packs and ballot papers that you will soon receive in the post from the Victorian Electoral Commission.  The club is of course apolitical and we encourage you to read all candidate information statements and make an informed choice. The election is decided by postal ballot and ends on 22 October 2016. Voting is compulsory.
