Stemming from Maccabi All Abilities and Jewish Care's 2016 Steps to Good Health initiative, our fitness sessions are a great way to increase fitness whilst having fun.

The sessions are run by a qualified personal trainer and include:

  • Boxing
  • Weights and strength training
  • Bodyweight training
  • Fine motor skills
  • Balance and coordination
  • Cardio fitness

The program is constantly evolving and adapts to the requests and needs of the members.
