We're Stepping Again!

After a fantastic pilot program, Maccabi All Abilities and Jewish Care are joining forces once more for a second round of the Steps to Good Health program.

This round of the program will include fitness sessions, walking group, social activities and group sessions on coping with everyday stress.

Our info sessions will be run by Fiona from the Happiness Hunter. Fiona will work with the program participants to help identify key stresses in everyday life, and share some simple, practical tools to help cope.

It's not too late to register! Contact Shari or Ross to register for the program.
