Keeping Fit with Steps to Good Health

With 9 sessions already under their belts, our Steps to Good Health participants have been trying a whole range of fitness activities.

As part of the program (run by Maccabi All Abilities and Jewish Care), members have been able to participate in weekly fitness sessions that have included things such as:

  • Fitness testing
  • Ball skills
  • Boxing
  • Fine motor skills
  • Relays 
  • Fitness games
  • Bodyweight exercises
  • Strength training
  • Balance work
  • Cardio fitness

We still have 4 more sessions left to work on our fitness, try some new activities and of course break a sweat!
