Spotlight on: Steps to Good Health

Steps to Good Health is a holistic wellbeing program being run in conjunction with Jewish Care. The program includes information sessions (on healthy eating, and on healthy relationships and sexuality), fitness sessions and walking group, as well as incentives and prizes along the way. Our pilot program has had over 20 participants involved in up to 3 sessions a week, and we’re very excited about revamping the program for the second half of 2016. We are hoping to be able to make it a permanent fixture in our calendar.
