Leaving Maccabi Victoria All Abilities

Posted: 02-Mar-2015 by All Abilities

Dear Friends of All Abilities,

It is with great regret that I inform you that I will be stepping down from my position as Maccabi Victoria’s All Abilities Inclusion Coordinator. I will be officially ending my role in June 2015. At that time I will be completing the final semester of my Masters degree, before I commence working as a full-time Social Worker.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Maccabi Victoria All Abilities, it has been both rewarding and truly inspiring. I wish to thank you all for your incredible support and guidance over the last 12 months. I am overjoyed by the success of this program and look forward to it continuing to develop and flourish under the direction of a new Inclusion Coordinator. I am also looking forward to maintaining my involvement with the All Abilities project in a governance capacity, alongside Sharon Hamilton, Russell Jaffe and the committee.

Please be assured that I am working with the committee to develop an appropriate succession plan, including the appointment of a new Coordinator, as well as an extensive handover, orientation and transition processes.

I will also be attending the next basketball training session (Monday 2nd March 2015) to give this message to our members in person and answer any questions you might have.

Please see a letter from Sharon Hamilton attached below, regarding the above.
Do not hesitate to contact me to discuss this further.

Warm regards,

Lauren Mandel
