As the Soccer season comes to an end, the North Caulfield Football Club has many things to be proud of. This includes the successes of their senior teams as well as their incredible efforts to become more inclusive of people with disabilities.

This season the club welcomed Joshua Ferenbach, All Abilities member, to attend their home games as a volunteer games assistant. He completed the task with great pride and enthusiasm. Andrew Freund (Director of Football, Senior Mens for NCFC) helped coordinate the program and was extremely impressed by Josh's committment and passion, "[Josh] loved it and stayed well beyond the agreed 1:00pm finish time. He stayed to about 3:00pm if I recall correctly!" This just goes to show how interested our members are in the non-playing aspects of sport.

We hope that this will inspire other clubs to also become more inclusive of All Abilities members and open up similar non-playing roles.
