We are thrilled that there are so many keen competitors looking to represent Maccabi Australia at these and other International Games.”

The JCC Maccabi Games are the third largest organised sports program for Jewish teenagers in the world, bringing together approximately 6,000 teens from around the globe, to participate in the Games each summer. The Games will be held in Dallas from 30 July - August 7 and Miami until August14. .

These Games are one of three international events at which Maccabi Australia will be represented this year. In early July a delegation, including the 2011 Gold Medal winning Futsal team will travel to Berlin to compete in the European Maccabi Games. In December, a delegation headed by Lauren Ehrlich, will travel to Chile to compete in the Pan American Games. These events are a fabulous opportunity Maccabi Australia provides for its members to play sport at a high level and in some cases prepare for the Maccabiah Games.
