Become a Member

To become a member of the Triathlon club, you will need to download/print out, complete and sign:

• Membership application form for the club
• Only if not already a member of Maccabi NSW - a separate application form for this purpose.

The annual membership fee has been set at $60 ($150 for families)(which will cover the period ending 30 June 2012), with a further $10 fee ($5 for under 18 members) for participating in each club organised event.

You will see that the first form (Maccabi Membership form 2011) calls for the payment of a fee of $35 ($90 for families). You do not need to pay this fee, as our annual fee of $60 is designed to include this, and we will remit the $35 fee ($60 for families) for each of our members directly to Maccabi.

Kindly note that, if you are already a member of Maccabi NSW (eg, because you are a member of some other Maccabi affiliated club), you only need to pay $25 to join the Tri club. If this is the case, please provide details of your existing membership so we can verify this with Maccabi NSW.

There are two payment options:

A. Payment by internet transfer - this is the preferred option

• Email a copy of the completed application forms to our membership secretary, Craig Pager at cpager@exemail.com.au
• Transfer (by internet transfer) your $60 (or, if applicable, $25) application fee into the Club's account at the St George Bank, details of which are set out below:

Send your completed application forms, together with a cheque for $60 (or $25, if applicable) in favour of Maccabi NSW Triathlon Club Incorporated, to the following address:

Please note that, following receipt of your application, a member of the club's executive committee will formally nominate you for membership, and second that nomination.
