Junior swimmers in action

Posted: 16-Nov-2011 by Maccabi NSW

Both swimmers represented Maccabi in 50m freestyle, butterfly and backstroke as well as the 100m freestyle with outstanding personal best results in each event. It’s wonderful to see our younger swimmers rising to the challenge of competition swimming under the Maccabi banner.

This coming weekend we wish Joshua Zwi and Robyn Grosz the best of luck as they represent Maccabi at the MetSEA Summer Championships out at Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush and the following weekend we have another two swimmers, Teva Pleshet and Gabriella Goodridge, representing MASC at Wests Illawarra Aquatic Club’s Summer Meet down at Wollongong university.

Good luck to you all and may PB’s certainly be coming your way!

Club swimming will resume on Sunday and this week’s form stroke is backstroke. For those who qualify to swim 100m events, this week we’re offering 200m freestyle and/or 200m backstroke.
